Not everyone is ready for a week-long retreat — and that is perfectly fine. Sometimes what is needed is simply a single hour of stillness, or a morning of movement and meditation, to remember what it feels like to be fully present. At Divine Door Nepal, our doors are open each day for exactly that — a space to drop in, breathe, and experience the transformative simplicity of meditation in a supportive and welcoming environment.
All daily meditations and special sessions are free to attend. We simply ask that you book in advance so we can welcome you properly — please get in touch to reserve your place.
If you would like to spend the full day with us — joining multiple sessions and taking meals here — a small contribution of 500 NPR is requested to cover three meals. All meditations and sessions are free to join.
If you have any questions about the programme or would like to let us know you are coming, we would love to hear from you.
Please get in touch.

A fascinating experiential session aimed at peeling away the layers that surround our being and getting in touch with what remains. In a world of constant performance, this space honours the person beneath the roles.
