Stay at Divine Door — Nepal

Stay

For those joining a gathering, or coming for time of their own, within a shared community.

Accommodation

There are five private bedrooms with attached bathrooms, alongside two dormitory rooms:

In total, space for up to 23 guests.

Room at Divine Door — simple, natural light, quiet
Room detail at Divine Door — bed, linen, window

Rooms are simple, comfortable, and held with care — offering both quiet and shared space, depending on how you choose to stay.

Divine Door — rooms, terrace, landscape

Just outside the rooms, a covered terrace runs along the building — a place to sit, to pause, or to look out across the foothills of the Himalaya.

In the early morning, the hills often sit in mist. In the evening, the light softens and the day settles.

It is a place to do very little — and to let things come and go.

How people tend to stay

The Open Stay

Ten nights or more · Billed weekly

For those who want to stay longer — or don't yet know how long they need. You settle into the rhythm of the place — meditation, meals, quiet time, and your own unfolding process.

Many who come for a week find themselves staying longer.

For those working remotely, we can also serve as a supportive base — with reliable WiFi already in place, and a dedicated workspace coming soon. Nepal is in the process of introducing a digital nomad visa, making longer stays here increasingly accessible.

Daily rhythm at Divine Door — Nepal

Life is not going somewhere.
It is going for morning walk.

Choose wherever your whole being is flowing,
the wind is blowing.
Move on that path as far as it leads
and never expect to find anything.

Daily rhythm

Each day has a gentle structure, which you are free to enter into in your own way.

These meditations form a quiet thread through the day — supporting the release of tension, a settling of the mind, and a deeper sense of presence.

The hall is open throughout the day for individual practice — for yoga, movement, or quiet sitting.

You are warmly encouraged to take part, and to find your own rhythm within it.
