This training brings together study and experience. Time spent learning and understanding, alongside time immersed in practice here in Nepal.
A movement from doing…
to understanding…
to living yoga.
The training
This training unfolds in two parts — each supporting the other.
Online Study
You will explore the foundations:
14 Days at Divine Door, Nepal
A full immersion into practice and teaching:
The 200-hour training combines online study with direct experience.
It transforms physical practice into a path of awareness — where fitness becomes witnessing, and alignment leads to inner awakening.
The approach
Blending Ashtanga Vinyasa with alignment and the use of props, the approach is safe, sustainable, and supportive of long-term practice.
Through mantra, meditation, celebration, and playfulness, a meditative state begins to emerge — not only on the mat, but in everyday life.

Your facilitator
Jessica Kranti
Yoga and Meditation Facilitator
Raised within the space that became Divine Door, Jessica brings a natural sensitivity to the inner journey. Her presence is steady, attentive, and quietly supportive — allowing each person to open at their own pace.
With many years of experience in training and guiding yoga, she holds a deep understanding of how practice shapes both body and mind. As co-founder of Yoga Nisarga, her work bridges lived experience with a thoughtful exploration of the psychological dimensions of yoga and meditation.
Drawing on her background in clinical psychology, Jessica is interested in addressing imbalance at its root — beginning with awareness. Her approach integrates yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, creating a space where both physical and mental patterns can begin to shift gently and sustainably.
Working with both adults and children, she combines science and spirituality in a way that is grounded, accessible, and deeply human — supporting people to reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater clarity and ease.
