Awareness Intensive — Divine Door, Nepal

Awareness Intensive

Who Is In? · 20–24 May

Satori · 20–28 May

A rare opportunity to turn your full attention toward one of life's most essential questions:

"Who is in?"

Awareness Intensive: Who Is In?

20–24 May · 4 Nights / 3 Full Days · Residential

A time to focus your total energy on one of the most fundamental questions.

Through a simple yet powerful inquiry, you are invited to respond from your immediate experience, again and again. As the process deepens, an awareness begins to develop of how identity forms around personality, roles, and patterns.

With this seeing, a shift can begin — from identification with the mind toward a more spacious, witnessing presence.

Satori – Extended Awareness Intensive

20–28 May · 8 Nights / 7 Full Days · Residential

Satori is a deeper immersion into the same process of self-inquiry. While the first days of Who Is In form a natural foundation, participants are welcome to join Satori directly as a complete 8-day experience.

Through sustained inquiry with a variety of koans (questions best explored through direct experience, not the mind), and held by silence and a steady structure, attention turns toward a more direct experience of awareness — what Zen calls Satori.

This extended period allows those glimpses to settle and deepen into a more embodied experience.

If you're unsure which option to choose...

…you're welcome to begin with Who Is In and decide during the retreat whether to continue into Satori.

A structure to support the journey

The Awareness Intensive is designed to support a deep inward turning.

  • Silence is maintained throughout the retreat, except during the inquiry practice
  • The structure is simple and consistent, allowing your energy to gather and deepen
  • A light, nourishing diet is provided
  • You are encouraged to minimise stimulants to support clarity and presence

By entering the structure fully, you give yourself the best conditions for insight and transformation.

Your facilitator

Sheelu

Sheelu found her way to Osho in 1977, and for over four decades has immersed herself in his work and in the exploration of consciousness.

She is especially devoted to the Awareness Intensive: Who Is In? (and its longer form, what Zen calls Satori), and has travelled extensively to both participate in and facilitate these retreats around the world.

With many years of experience, Sheelu brings a deep wisdom and quiet knowing to her work. Again and again, she has witnessed the power of this process to open the way for direct insight and lasting inner change.

Buddha figure — closing image

"The experience of those who have looked within is that they find what has been lost. Not a single person in the whole history of mankind has looked within and not found it. And not a single person has said he searched outside and found it. The outside search has always been unsuccessful, and the inner search has always been fruitful."
